About Us
Benjamin Cohen is a dedicated real estate developer who began his professional journey in 2019. With a strong passion for design, construction, and innovation, he continuously strives to elevate the quality and craftsmanship of every project he undertakes.
Born and raised in Tenafly, New Jersey, Benjamin comes from a family deeply rooted in the real estate and wholesale stone industry. His family’s business has long been recognized for distributing premium materials — including quartz, porcelain, quartzite, marble, and more — to clients across the United States.
Early in his career, Benjamin played an integral role in expanding the family business, helping to establish a large warehouse facility in Miami, Florida. This experience strengthened his business acumen and deepened his passion for real estate development.
Motivated by his vision to create exceptional living spaces, Benjamin embarked on his first new-construction single-family home project in his hometown of Tenafly. His design and attention to detail quickly garnered recognition and praise, inspiring him to continue pursuing larger and more ambitious projects.
Today, under Benjamin’s leadership, his company has grown into a thriving residential and commercial development firm.
